Ordered bbq rib plate & rib sandwiches (comes with chips), honestly it's always consistent with flavor and tenderness.

It was our first time eating from this food truck and it was wonderful!. The service was fast and the owner was very friendly. If you want authentic southern BBQ in Maui, Sol Brothers is it. We got the rib and link sandwiches. We also got small BBQ beans. The food was fantastic, the prices were great, and there were tables to eat at. We will definitely go back.

Stumbled upon Sol Brothers tonight and so glad we did!!! BEST brisket we've ever had! Fall off the bone ribs were fantastic. The fried rice was yummy. We will be back!

My husband and I had a food tasting of several food trucks for dinner tonight. We tried the jerk chicken entrée at Sol Brother's Southern Barbecue today, and it was a good choice! The chicken was moist, and the sauce had a nice touch of heat that added great flavor. The beans leaned slightly on the sweet side but were still tasty. The rice, however, could've been cooked a little longer, as it was a bit al dente. The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable, which added to the overall experience. The food truck setup in Kihei is always a treat, especially around sunset. There are plenty of tables, and it wasn't too crowded, making it a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal.

Came out quick, and it was amazing! I ordered the BBQ pulled pork bowl, which came with BBQ beans and mac and cheese. Everything was honestly perfect. The creamy, savory cheese sauce coated the pasta beautifully, and the smoky, tangy BBQ flavors blended so well with the cheese, adding a depth of flavor that was both unexpected and delicious. The tender pulled pork was juicy and flavorful, while the beans added a nice texture that paired beautifully with the creamy mac and cheese. The whole dish was hearty and satisfying, with a fantastic balance of smoky, cheesy, and savory flavors. I will definitely be coming back!

I only tried the Mac and cheese but it was delicious! The whole area was gorgeous and perfect for our group of 11 at 8pm. Sadly there was a pretentious, entitled woman who felt it was appropriate to take videos of a local man who was down on his luck. She didn't appreciate it when I started recording her bad behavior, though.

Yummy!! The service was amazing. The lady who served us was very playful yet very attentive!! She was a great touch to the food. The ribs were cooked just right, the sauce used has a little spicy kick to it, which I loved. The brisket was tender and well seasoned. Love the taste of the smoke in both cuts of meat. The sides were just as good. Get the MAC and CHEESE!!! The baked beans, were probably some of the yummiest I ever had, they come with little pieces of ground beef which gives it a special touch. Never had baked beans with ground beef. The cabbage was also flavorful. The ribs came with rice as well, if that is your thing. It usually isn't mine with ribs, but after this try, I am in. Will miss the sides. Will miss it all. Until the next visit.

Sol Brothers BBQ was some of the best food we had in Maui! We tried the brisket sandwich was was delicious but what blew me away was their Mac and cheese !! It was sooo good we had to order more! Service was great! We would definitely go back next time in Maui and go not just once but a few times!

Got their BBQ Mac and Cheese sandwich and it paired well with the chips and pickle that came with it! It was a full-bodied smoky flavor mixed in with the savory cheese flavor, would definitely recommend as a visit if you're in the Azeka area! - Miguel Morales Photography
